A Half-Acre of Promise in Palatka, Florida
Palatka is a future place to learn. The half-acre parcel is raw, privately owned family land registered with USDA. A proposed lease for Foundation use awaits attorney and board review. Gardens, hydroponics, aquaponics, and a memoir pavilion are future plans, not operating facilities.

OUR FUTURE PLANS
From Raw Land to Living Classroom
Each phase unites families with the land and one another.
Phase 1: Securing the Land - Clearing, surveying, and preparing half an acre in Palatka, Florida, and establishing legal ownership to protect it for future generations.
Phase 2: The Gardens - Planting brain-healthy blueberries, blackberries, leafy greens, and traditional herbs in raised beds named for families and donors.
Proposed Phase 3: Open-Air Classrooms — We hope to create open spaces where families can learn, record stories, and share memories.
Phase 4: Wellness & Technology - Showcasing nutrition, health, and digital storytelling with technology stations for family history research and legacy planning.
From Palatka, Florida to Yaoundé, Cameroon
Legacy extends beyond the water. The Legacy Land Bridge connects American families to partner land near Yaoundé, Cameroon—creating a living exchange of agricultural knowledge, cultural memory, and community.
Families learn that the African diaspora’s bond with land is not broken but ready to be rebuilt.
